The first stage of KIDS' GUERNICA project 1995-2000 was successfully developed by ART JAPAN NETWORK and the second stage has been managed by KIDS' GUERNICA International Committee. KIDS' GUERNICA project includes "Workshop" and "Exhibition."
"Workshop"

Responsibility of the local workshop organizer
1. Planning of the workshop
*Organize the local committee and find the local sponsors
*Arrange the venue for the workshop

2. Preparation of materials
*Canvas (Size: 3.5m high x 7.8m wide)
*Paints (Acrylic paints or other painting materials)
*Other necessities

3. Notification of the workshop to KIDS'GUERNICA International Committee.

4. Workshop
*Call participating children
*Discussion about the meaning of peace
*Creation of the peace mural

5. Documentation of the workshop*
Record the process of the workshop by photo or video.

6. Workshop report
Send the workshop report with a photo of the completed painting and some pictures of the workshop to KIDS' GUERNICA International Committee. Digital photos are preferable but ordinary photo prints are also acceptable.

Necessary information about the workshop
*The place
*The period
*Name of the local organizer and its address
*Names of members of the local organizer
*Names of all the participating children and their ages
*Special message

If the local organizer wishes to participate KIDS' GUERNICA Exhibition, it must contact directly the local organizer of the exhibition and bare the sending cost of the painting to the exhibition site. Information of the coming exhibition can be obtained in KIDSf GUERNICA web site.

"Exhibition"

Anyone who is interested in holding an exhibition of KIDS' GUERNICA paintings must inform KIDS' GUERNICA International Committee for its approval. The local organizer of the exhibition must bear the carriage cost of all the paintings including packaging and insurance from the previous exhibition site to the venue. The local organizer of the exhibition must take a responsibility to keep the paintings properly until the next exhibition site is decided.

Responsibility of the local workshop organizer

1.Transportation and safekeeping of paintings
*Bear the carriage cost of all the paintings for exhibition including packaging, loading and insurance charge from the previous exhibition site to the local venue.
*Safekeeping of the paintings until the next exhibition site is decided.
*Ensurethat the paintings are in the same condition and packaged in the same way as when they arrived.

2. Planning of the exhibition
*Approval from KIDSf GUERNICA International Committee
*Organize the local committee and find the local sponsors
*Arrange the venue for the exhibition

3. Notification of the program of exhibition to KIDS' GUERNICA International Committee.
The information will be shown in KIDSf GUERNICA web site.

4. Documentation of the workshop
*Record the process of the workshop by photo or video.

5. Exhibition report
Send the exhibition report with some photos of the exhibition to KIDS' GUERNICA International Committee. Digital photos are preferable.

All reports have to be sent to KIDS' GUERNICA International Committee.
