Peace message　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　２００４,１２／１７ OkazakiJyosei，　Doho,ichimura，andSeirei High School  　There have been too many wars recently and violence seems to dominate the world. Peace seems to be a word of extinction. This prompted us to promote peace world wide by creating a peace message. 1600people participated in this project and many others supported our massage and effort. It was debut for our school to express our hope for peace in such strong massage. Young generation like us must be aware of the present world condition and it ought to be our duty to contribute to global peace and stability. OkazakiJyosei 　The world today is facing many vital issues.With the multiple attacks of terrorism and　the War in Iraq-peace seems to be most important issue all over.　The students of Seirei and Doho HighSchools have made a decision to take a peace action of our own.We have taken aerial photographs of our grounds with the world PEACE composed of all our students. We , the students of Jyosei HighSchool hope for peace and make it our intention in our daily prayers, that the world will once more become ahappy place for everyone. Doho 　There are many wars all over the world. The weapon of terrorism seems to be the most commonly used. We made a message with the world PEACE being the key word. We hope to generate this simple message world wide. Ichimura 　Two years have passed since the dreadful day of September 11th. Japan is far away from either Iraq or America. Nonetheless we feel for all those affected, especially the innocent victims and their families. These tragedies do not solve problems but create sadness and hatred. We hope that the world will once more become war free. Seirei 　We are young and still at high school learning the basic foundations of knowledge. Even though we are young we understand the importance of peace. We consider it our duty and right to promote peace whenever possible. If you believe in peace the way we do, then join us in spreading this message.
