A wish from Takashima City to the peace "WELCOME! HAPPY SHIGA" is sent to the world.

Each person's "world of the peace" was drawn in the circle. Then, the sun and the universe were imaged.
Each person's "wish of the peace" was left to each color (personality). After that, all colors become "light", and it is melting in the sun.
The message "Freedom" of the peace is sent to the world from there.

　The sun and moon which is the source of the life.
The tree of the life protected in them.
Things with a life to gather around the tree from the ancient old days.
And, "peace" is sent to the world from Biwa Lake which is the source of the life of Shiga.
